I've never seen a Yell...Nice photographs Linda! I've never seen a Yellow-crowned Night Heron with its neck extended like that, very cool! And the bird in the last photo is a Northern Mockingbird. The white patch below the wrist and the long tail with white patches are good field marks. Plus they are the best songsters around.
